Planetarium Labs will manage daily operations for SGS Fund, focusing on:

  • Investment & Acceleration: Supporting Web3 ventures with funding, research, and operational support to help founders scale their projects.

  • Research and Due Diligence: Providing research and due diligence to help founders navigate the complexities of Web3 business models and technologies.

  • Tokenomics & Governance: Advising on tokenomics to design models that incentivize desired behavior, align with project goals, and ensure sustainability. Evaluating governance models for performance and risk mitigation.

  • Partnerships & Collaborations: Leveraging Planetarium Labs' network to help ventures connect and collaborate with other projects, investors, and ecosystem partners.

  • DAO Governance Management: Launch and manage Ganghouse DAO governance forum, where holders can freely discuss and vote on important investment decisions.
