Reporting Expectations

SGS Fund I will provide the following reports for Limited Partners:

Quarterly Reports:

• Portfolio updates

• Significant changes in financial status or investment strategies

Semi-Annual Reports:

• Exit strategies and realizations

• Risk management and compliance updates

• Key fund performance metrics

Note on Beergang DAO Reporting: For Beergang DAO, reports will be shared from time to time based on major fund updates, rather than on a fixed quarterly schedule. A redacted version of the LP reports will be posted on the Ganghouse Forum (https://forum.beergang.xyz/). As these reports will be publicly accessible, they will be modified to exclude any confidential information not yet intended for public disclosure—such as fundraising amounts or valuations of target portfolio companies.
