# Reporting Expectations

SGS Fund I will provide the following reports for Limited Partners:

**Quarterly Reports:**

* Portfolio updates
* Significant changes in financial status or investment strategies

**Semi-Annual Reports:**

* Exit strategies and realizations
* Risk management and compliance updates
* Key fund performance metrics

**Note on Beergang DAO Reporting:**\

For Beergang DAO, reports will be shared from time to time based on major fund updates, rather than on a fixed quarterly schedule. A redacted version of the LP reports will be posted on the Ganghouse Forum (<https://forum.beergang.xyz/>). As these reports will be publicly accessible, they will be modified to exclude any confidential information not yet intended for public disclosure—such as fundraising amounts or valuations of target portfolio companies.
