Profit Distribution

(1) Distribution Event

• Profits from SGS Fund will be distributed on a deal-by-deal basis. Upon an exit, profits will be allocated to Ganghouse DAO in proportion to the LPs' ownership.

(2) Distribution Method

• When significant profits are realized, a portion will be allocated to support the $BOOZE token, the native token of the Ganghouse DAO. These profits will flow into the Ganghouse DAO foundation, where their usage will be determined through distribution governance.

(3) Distribution Governance

• For each exit event, SGS Fund I will propose a detailed plan outlining the specific allocation of profits and their intended use. These proposals will be subject to the standard DAO governance process, requiring community approval. Any distribution may be subject to withholding or other taxes.
