Note on Beergang DAO Participation

Beergang DAO has indirect exposure to SGS Fund I and is not a direct limited partner in the fund. Capital generated from this participation will be redistributed to the DAO treasury, after which the DAO will independently determine how to allocate or utilize the recouped capital.

Due to the permissionless and public nature of the DAO, individual members will not have access to full LP-level disclosures. However, key updates will be shared in redacted form, following the reporting framework outlined in the Reporting section of this whitepaper.
